At Kiokii and..., we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
